Completed in 2005, St. John's new addition was built to house
the mission of the parish, including welcoming the community.
St. John’s is pleased to make our facilities available
to our community, whether members of the parish or not. Subject to availability,
arrangements may be made for partial or full day events. Our modern facilties
that support a large variety of uses, including family celebrations, funeral
and other receptions, meetings, seminars, community conferences, and more.
we are not able to accomodate wedding receptions.
We do not host "Stag and Doe" events, nor any event whose central
focus might be alcohol.

...has a capacity of 200 Seated at tables, 250 Seated “theatre
style” or 275 without seating. It is carpeted, but has excellent
acoustics for live performances.
Three classrooms, a board room, and a parlour can be set
up for 10 to 20 people, with chairs only or with an arrangement of tables.
The Gathering Space can accomodate up to 35. A variety of visual aids
are also available.
Old Parish Hall
The Parish Hall is a separate building, located behind
below the cemetery on Halson Street. This 1950's building can accomodate
the same numbers as the Great Hall. There is plenty of parkinig. While
the building is not air conditioned, it includes a kitchen as well as
a stage, and can handle a small wedding reception with external catering.
